The house consists of 2 floors. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace. On the lower floor is a living room with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. Also on the lower floor there is a sauna and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. In front of the house is a spacious courtyard with a barbecue, table and chairs, and a hot tub.

Price List
• The price of accommodation is for 4 people, each additional person pay 15€ per night
• The sojourn tax is included in the price.
• VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable.
• Reservation must be paid on the first day of arrival of the guest
• For stays of 1 and 2 nights the price is increased by 50%, and 3 and 4 nights the price is increased by 30%
Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
